The Wanda Diamond League Cup timetable for the 2022 season is out now. The 2022 Diamond League trophy is made up of fourteen (14) meets which will begin from Doha on 13th May and ends on 8th in Zurich.
The 2022 Diamond League meet will be spearheaded by Olympic Champions, World Championships, and Diamond League Trophy winners respectively. Although the 2021 Diamond League meet was scheduled just before the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Some of the meets were done behind closed doors whiles the others the supporters got the chance to see the athletes performing again after the long break.
All dates are confirmed now but with/without may be subjected to change if the need arises. Athletes are now preparing for the 2022 season which will help them secure a qualifying time for the Commonwealth Games in the United Kingdom, the African Games 2023 in Ghana, and Paris 2024 Olympics Games in France.
The African Games is the largest sporting event in Africa and the Olympic Games is also the largest sporting event in the world.
