Being an athlete is like being a pastor. Your life must be different in the society on and off the track. There are some things – if you call yourself “an athlete” you need to stay away from it.

Check some of them below

  1. Too much alcohol
  2. Not sleeping early
  3. Going to night clubs
  4. Doing any type of workout
  5. Going to any race
  6. Not listening to your coaches
  7. Skipping training
  8. Procrastination
