Jeff Hammond has won the men’s long jump at the HBCU Battle Indoor Meet on Saturday, 15th January 2022. Jeff last year joined the Coppin State University from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). (VIDEO) Jeff Hammond Wins HBCU Battle Long Jump watch the video.

Jeff competed in three separate events at the HBCU Battle Indoor Meet; 60 Meters Dash, Long Jump and 4 × 400 Metre Relay

Olympian Joseph Manu Wins HBCU Battle 60m Dash

Athleticshour.com announced his scholarship package and his departure. Jeff is specialising in long jump events and he was a phenomenal athlete back in Ghana.

He won the men’s long jump in 7.34 m while Kobe-Jordan of Morgan State University placed second in 6.82 m and Kyle Fisher of Howard University also finished third in 6.75 m.

Joseph Manu – 51.90 seconds
