The Government of the United Arab Emirates has issued a statement of congratulations to the Republic of Ghana on its acceptance as a non-permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. The United Arab Emirates congratulates Ghana on its admission to the United Nations Security Council.
The UAE Ambassador to the United Nations, Lana Zaki Nusseibeh, sent a message via the UAE Embassy in Accra, saying the Gulf country looks forward to working with GhanaĀ āin the mutual spirit of cooperation and cordialityā to foster UAE and Ghanaās āshared values of peace and prosperity.ā
