The Surprises at the Adidas Boost Boston Meet

Yesterday was a very busy day for most of the athletes. The Continental Tour Gold continued to hit the streets of Boston, United States of America. It was actually a lovely moment as most of the athletes run their personal best. Most of the athletes are using it for a warm up towards the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games.

In the men’s 100m final was a surprise as Isiah Young streaks to victory in 9.94 and the race favorite Lyles Noah finished second in 10.10. The surprises at the Adidas Boost Boston meet.

Another impressive run was by Alison dos Santos from Brazil in the men’s 200m. Alison dos Santos gets it in the end in 22.12 just a few hundredths of a second of the world best over the distance.

Shiann Salmon from Jamaica also took the win over 200m hurdles in a fascinating world best time of 24.86.

The World Record Holder and world-class campaigner for a clean planet Keni Harrison and Grant Halloway also shine as the Adidas Boost Boston meeting records tumble across all the four hurdlers events.

The Canadian Marco Arop also dominated in the men’s 600m gun-to-tape victory in a time of 1:15.

In the women’s 600m was an also a challenge between the Jamaican Olympian Natoya Goule and the World Bronze Medalist Ajee Wilson. The Jamaican masterclass in her pacing outsprint the 800m world bronze medalist for the win in a time 1.24.
