The Kumasi Open Championship Has Been Cancelled

The news reaching us is that the Open Championship which was to be held in Kumasi has been cancelled. The event was to be organised by the Ghana Athletics Association (GAA). The Kumasi open Championship has been cancelled. The news reaching us is that the Ghana Athletics Association (GAA) is now preparing towards the Circuit Games that will be hosted at Essipong Sports Stadium, Sekondi – Takoradi, Western Region. The Kumasi Open Championship was to be staged this coming Saturday, 17^th April, 2021 at the Paa Joe Sports Stadium, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology, Ashanti Region.

The Ghana Athletics Championship (GAA) is now preparing towards the National Circuit Championships which will be held at the Essipong Sports Stadium, Sekondi-Takoradi, Western Region.

The National Circuit is a two days event which starts from 7^th – 8^th May, 2021.
