Thank You For Changing My Running Style – Isaac Botsio Praises Coach Elorm

Isaac Kweku Botsio is an upcoming Ghanaian track and field athlete. Botsio is a sprinter and hails from the Western Region. He is specialising in 100m, 200m, and 4 × 100m relay respectively. He completed Ghana Technical Senior High School at Takoradi (GSTS). He is now a student of the University of Ghana and Coach Elorm is the head of the sprinters. Botsio competed in the Ghana Fastest Human Meet 2021 and he was a phenomenal athlete. He was part of the University of Ghana’s 4 × 100m Relay Team that won the Ghana Armed Forces Championship in 40.69. You could see he has the talent, potentials, and ever determined to become a world champion one day. He is a very disciplined athlete and doesn’t joke with his training. Athleticshour can confirm that consistency is a major tool to develop as an athlete and being disciplined on and off the track.

Athleticshour saw a post on Isaac Botsio’s official Facebook page and he is very happy about the improvement in his running form within just less than 10 months. He was praising his coach for the tremendous transformation in his running style.

Read what Botsio said “One of my challenges in running (sprinting) is, at first I used to sit on my butt whiles running, and it has been with me for years, those who knew can testify, it has been eight months training with Elorm John-Jingo Amenakpor and I remember the very first day we practiced, that was the first thing he noticed about me. His last words were “We will work on it”. Since that day we’ve been working on it. The picture attached shows improvement of my running style and I love it. We are still work in progress; as he always says. I want to use this medium to Thank you, am much grateful Coach Elrom, RAZOR GOD bless you!! We are still work in progress. It’s just a matter of time under 90%. Please help me say a big THANK YOU to him. he deserves more!”
