Kenyans swept the top honours in the female category as Lilian Jelagat clocked 02:27:39 seconds while Peris Jerono second in 02:28:53 seconds and Gladys Jeruto Kiptoo finished third in 02:29:18 seconds.

In 2021, he launched the "Better Ghana Athletics Agenda", which will help support organisers, athletes and coaches in all directions.
