Kenya’s Jackline Chepkoech wins the women’s 3000 metres steeplechase at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in 9:15.68. She has broken the games record and is also a personal best. Homebased Elizabeth Bird placed second in a dramatic finish to outsprint Ugandas Peruth  Chemutai in a time of 9:17.79 -personal best- and 9:23.24 respectively.

In 2021, he launched the "Better Ghana Athletics Agenda", which will help support organisers, athletes and coaches in all directions.
