Faith Cherotich, a Form Two student at Kaliet High School, Kericho County is the winner of the girls’ Under 20 race at the National Cross Country Championships. “I want to Thank God for the win and my coach for the preparations. It was tough but I was ready,” she said.

The distance was 6km for the u20 females. The route was very tough with mud and water along the way.
