REJOINDER: FMR GOC VICE EVANS YEBOAH ARRESTED ON SUSPICION OF VISA FRAUD

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
REJOINDER: FMR GOC VICE EVANS YEBOAH ARRESTED ON SUSPICION OF VISA FRAUD
The attention of the office of the former 3rd Vice President of the Ghana Olympic Committee (GOC) who also doubles as the President of Ghana Badminton, Mr Yeboah Evans, has been drawn to a malicious story published on the front page of The New Crusading Guide Newspaper with headline “Former GOC Vice, Evans Yeboah, arrested on suspicion of Visa Fraud.”
The office wishes to emphasise unequivocally that the said publication contains no truth.
As a result, we implore the Ghana Badminton Association, the media, the Olympic family, and all Ghanaians to dismiss the tale and treat it with the contempt it deserves.
In a same vein, the Ghana Badminton President was proclaimed deceased at a hospital in Koforidua last week on January 25th, 2022, via the same social media channel and by the same people who created this one-sided article.
We further encourage the claimed crusading guide to withdraw with immediate effect and unconditionally apologise to or within 24 hours or face the full force of the law.
We now again request that all media outlets refrain from duplicating the above-mentioned material.
