The National Sports Authority Ashanti Region has unveiled its route and numbers for the upcoming regional cross country championship. NSA Ashanti regional cross country unveils route & number for the upcoming 2022 national cross country championship.

Registration is already in progress and according to the race organisers its strictly for only athletes within the Ashanti Region.

The 2022 National Cross Country Championship is set to take place at Akim Oda in the Eastern Region. The scheduled date is on Saturday, 19th February 2022.

The route is a single loop of 12km stretch from start to finish.

Sekyere Richard has had a 10-year involvement in the sport of athletics. He holds a Diploma in Physical Fitness.
