MTN Ghana Reopens Customer Service Centers | MTN Ghana

MTN Ghana has stated that its Service Centers would reopen across the country. However, till further notice, the Ashaiman, Accra Mall, East Legon (Accra), and Nhyieso (Kumasi) offices remain closed. MTN Ghana reopens Customer Service Centers.

Mrs. Jemima Kotei Walsh, MTN’s Chief Customer Relations Officer, expressed her gratitude to all customers for following the call to utilise digital channels during the Service Center shutdown. She greeted consumers with a happy new year and warned that, as long as the Covid -19 epidemic persists, MTN will continue to adhere to rigorous health and safety measures to protect customers and employees at Service Centres.


Field teams made up of retail vendors and MoMo agents will be active across the country to give additional support in addition to these channels.
Customers are recommended to visit any of the following registration locations to avoid queues at MTN Service Centers: MTN Connect Stores, Distributor Branches, Light Retail Stores (Volume Management), or MTN Agents’ touchpoints.
Customers are encouraged to be vigilant and not entertain any calls purporting to be from any of MTN’s offices to provide any assistance. When in doubt, call 100.
MTN Ghana encourages everyone to continue to observe the Covid-19 protocols outlined by the Ghana Health Service.
Customers are advised to remain careful and not to accept any calls appearing to be from MTN offices offering assistance. If you’re unsure, dial 100.
