Michael Adu Ankomah is an upcoming Ghanaian middle-distance track and field athlete. He is specialising in the 800 metres and 1500 metres. He was born on 20^th December to Mr. Darfour Ankomah and Mrs. Monica Darfour. He attended both his primary and junior high education at the Most Holy Heart School from 2005-2010. In 2013, Michael later was enrolled at the Accra Academy Senior High School and completed in 2016, and from there to Takoradi University (formerly Takoradi Polytechnic) and completed in 2019.
