Just In: Koforidua Marathon Date Set

The second edition of the Koforidua Marathon date has been set for another showdown. The first edition of the marathon was held in November 2020 and it was competed by the best distance runners in the country.

The second edition of the Koforidua Marathon 2021 is brought to you by Ansoff Marketing Consult in collaboration with Koforidua Marathon Foundation (KOMAF).

During the closing ceremony of the maiden edition, a promise was made by the Race Director to give away cars to the winners in the second edition.

The Koforidua Marathon is the biggest road race event in the Eastern Region of Ghana. The region is popularly known for its highlands across Africa and the world. The event is scheduled to take place on the principal streets of Koforidua and its environs.

The Koforidua Marathon is a full marathon (42km) route. The marathon is endorsed by the Ghana Athletics Association.

There will be free accommodation for all the athletes.
