Ishmael Arthur is a national Ghanaian long-distance athlete. He was born on 22nd November 1999 to Mr. John Ewue and Mrs. Charity Awusi. He hails from Mankronso a suburb of Agona Swedru in the Central Region. He started his primary education at Joy Preparatory School and had his Junior High education in the same school.
