Ghandour Cosmetics / WISA To Award Rose Amoanimaa Yeboah And Deborah Acquah

The Ghandour Cosmetics / Women In Sports Association (WISA) Awards takes place on Saturday September 24, 2022 at the Media Center of the Accra Sports Stadium.

Among the awardees are three international athletes, Deborah Acquah (Long Jump) and Rose Yeboah (High Jump) who competed at the recent 2022 Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

Also to be awarded is former athlete and Olympian, Madam Grace Armah, a retired Ghana Prisons Officer.

They are among 32 distinguished sports personalities who have been recognized and would be honoured.

Sekyere Richard has had a 10-year involvement in the sport of athletics. He holds a Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In 2021, he launched the "Better Ghana Athletics Agenda", which will help support the race organisers, athletes and coaches in all directions.
