Elizabeth Lavor is an upcoming Ghanaian track and field athlete. She is specialising in field events in Pole Vault and Triple Jump. She was born on 7th July 2001, Hohoe to Mr. Emmanuel Lavor and Madam Lucy Lavor. She hails from Hohoe in the Volta Region of Ghana. She is currently residing at Ejisu Bomfa in the Ashanti Region.Ā She had both her primary and junior education at Manhean Basic School. She attended the Wesley Girls Senior High School in Cape Coast in the Central Region.
