Deborah Acquah has won the women’s long jump at the Ted Nelson Invitational Indoor Meet from Friday – Saturday, 14th – 15th January 2022. She is a student of Texas A&M University. Deborah Acquah wins Ted Nelson Invitational long jump.

Acquah is Ghana’s long jump record holder and last year she mixed just an inch of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games Qualification Standard. She also broke a lot of meets and school records in 2019, 2020, and 2021 seasons.

Deborah Acquah won the women’s long jump in 6.43vm while Ingeborg Gruenald of UTSA placed second in 6.18 m and Zhane Smith of Texas A&M University also finished third in 6.07vm
