Ethiopia’s Dagne Siranesh Yirga has emerged as the first woman to cross the finish line in 2:33:50 seconds. She was followed by compatriot teammate Alemenseh Guta, she also finished in 2:34:50 seconds and Kenya’s Naomi Maiyo in third place in 2:35:37 seconds.
