Cote d’Ivoire’s Sprinter Agoussi Parfait to Compete in GNPC Ghana Fastest Human – Cote d’Ivoire’s sensational sprinter Agoussi Joseph Isidore Parfait will be competing in the GNPC Ghana Fastest Human Meet at the Paa Joe Stadium in Kumasi.

Agoussi, a senior Ivorian National Athlete arrived in Ghana about 5 days ago and started preparations for the championships.

He has been trained and supervised by the renowned Coach Emmanuel Tuffour (Coach Koola) at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.

Agoussi has a personal best time of 10.70 seconds in the 100m dash. He has a link to the African 100m former best athlete Cisse.

“Ghana is very good and I love the people. Everybody is friendly to me even though am new here. The track is a world-class standard, is very good and I hope to run a good time tomorrow”, he said

He will get tough competition from some of the local athletes in the 100m dash in tomorrow’s championships.

According to Coach Koola Agoussi is a very promising athlete although both have been training together for just a few days.

“His physique and posture are superb. I can see he can run 10.40 seconds in the 100m dash if he gets the push”, Coach Koola added.

The interesting GNPC Ghana Fastest Human competition 2022 train which started in the north at the Tamale Alhaji Aliu Mahama Stadium on 4th June moves to Kumasi Paa Joe Stadium on 9th July 2022.
