BREAKING NEWS: THE TAMALE HALF MARATHON HAS BEEN POSTPONED
The maiden edition of the Tamale Half Marathon has been postponed to next month. The date came in as the organisers had stakeholders meeting with their potential sponsors and the conclusion was drawn. The decision was taken to suit some of the dignitaries who will be present at the event.
Athleticshour.com can now confirm the new scheduled date of the Tamale Half Marathon. The event was earlier scheduled for Saturday, 25th September 2021.

The mega event will be graced by the Vice President of Ghana, His Excellency Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia, and the Western Regional Minister, Honourable Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah kick start the event. BREAKING NEWS: THE TAMALE HALF MARATHON HAS BEEN POSTPONED.
The new date for the event is slated for the first week in October Saturday, 2nd October 2021. Although the route and venue still remain the same. Registration is still not yet opened.
