OLY Joseph Paul Amoah has broken Ghana National 200m Indoor Record at the 2022 Boston University Bruce Lehane Scarlet and White Invite on Saturday, 5th February 2022.

He ran 200m in 20.57 seconds in the final to win the men’s race at Boston, MA.

He is currently ranked number one (1) in Africa and fifth (5th) in the world.

Amoah now holds three (3) national records: indoor 200 metres, outdoor 200 metres, and 4 x 100 metres relay.

Another Ghanaian sensational sprinter Owusu-Antwi Martin also placed third in 21.44 seconds.
