Bono Region XC Team Starts Intensive Training Ahead of Akim Oda

The Bono Regional Cross Country team has started camping the athletes ahead of the forthcoming 2022 National Cross Country Championship.
On Saturday, 30th October 2021, the Bono Region had its inter-district justified and selected its team to represent the region.
The team has already started a very intensive training ahead of the 2022 National Cross Country at Akim Oda scheduled on Saturday, 26th February.
According to the Head Coach, Mike Kwame Penou, the team has their eyes on the Ultimate Prize and promised to bring the trophy back to Bono Region.
