7. FEW EVENTS PARTICIPATED WITH YEARS ATTACHED (EG. 2022 – GHANA ARMED FORCES CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIP – 10KM – 35:45.80 – 4TH). IF YOU DON’T KNOW THE TIME JUST TYPE THE NAME OF THE RACE.
