For runners, we’ve put together an intense 800m workout. All levels of athletes can benefit from this workout. This is always race-ready, and we’ll update it every week for the next four weeks. 800m Work Out Week 4.
Week 4
Monday: morning/evening – 40min easy run
Tuesday: morning/evening – warm up + 2×100m + 2×150m + 2×300m + cool down
Wednesday: morning/evening – 30min recovery + strides
Thursday: morning/evening – warm up + 2×500m/5min rest + cool down
Friday: morning/evening – 20min easy run + strides
Saturday: Race Day
