When people think about losing weight, they often think about what they’re eating and what they’re drinking.

Even though those things are important, they’re not the only things you need to be concerned with.

There are also things like portion sizes and caloric intake that you need to be mindful of.

When you’re trying to lose weight, it’s important to be mindful of all of these things. A big part of that is measuring everything you eat and drink.

The easiest way to do this is to get some measuring cups and spoons. If you don’t have any of these things, you can also use a glass, a bowl, and something like a table to help you measure out portions.

Once you have these tools, you can start looking at how you’re eating and what you’re drinking.

You can also start keeping a food journal to get a better idea of what you’re eating.

You can journal everything from what you’re eating to how much of it you ate.

Recognize Your Eating Habits For Change to Occur

So you know why you’re putting on weight, and you’ve started to measure what you’re eating and drinking.

Now it’s time to start working on changing your habits.

The first thing you have to do is recognize that you’re eating too much.

This is going to be the hardest thing for you to do.

You may even feel like you’re eating too much and like you have a problem — but if you truly do, then you need to recognize that you’re not alone.

This is a common problem that a lot of people deal with, and you’re not the only one who has it.

There are a lot of people who deal with the same issues you do. The difference is that they’ve finally had enough of it and are ready to do something about it.

Once you start to see that there are other people out there who have the same issues you do, it will be a lot easier for you to do something about it too.
